I’ve been working in the family business for over 30 years where I’ve met a lot of great customers in sales and service. Our family philosophy is that sales opens the door with a customer the first time, but good service keeps the relationship going and often allows us to sell many cars to that customer and their family. When I’m not at the dealership meeting customers you can usually find me on the golf course in the summer or in winter huddled beside my cozy fireplace reading a good book.
